Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms govern the purchase and use of tickets and related products from this store. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Tickets
Each ticket admits one person to the specified event, on the specified date, subject to the terms of the venue and event organiser. Tickets are delivered electronically as a mobile e-ticket with a QR code after payment is confirmed.
2. Entry and identification
Entry is granted on scan of a valid QR code. VIP packages and some premium tickets require photo identification matching the name on the order. Entry may be refused where these conditions are not met, without a refund.
3. Resale and transfer
3.1 Unless expressly stated otherwise, all tickets are sold for personal use only and are non-transferable. You may not resell, offer for resale, or transfer your ticket to any third party through any channel, whether online or offline.
3.2 Any resale or attempted resale of a ticket in breach of this clause shall render the ticket void and the holder may be refused entry to the Event without refund or compensation.
3.3 The provisions of this clause shall not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. Event changes
Line-ups, timings, seating allocations and venues may change. Where a change is material (such as a cancellation), our Refund Policy applies.
5. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of the Event, or for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms, where such delay, change, cancellation, or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental restrictions or orders, pandemics, epidemics, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, and industrial action. In the event of a Force Majeure event, we may, at our sole discretion, reschedule the Event, relocate the Event, or cancel the Event. If the Event is cancelled due to a Force Majeure event, we will issue a refund for the face value of the ticket(s) only. We shall not be liable for any other costs or losses you may incur, including travel and accommodation. We will take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of a Force Majeure event, but we shall not be required to settle any strike, lock-out, or other industrial action.
6. Conduct and venue rules
Attendees must comply with venue security, age restrictions, and prohibited-item rules. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal without refund.
7. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch of your e-ticket.
8. Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with these Terms, the ticket purchase, and the Event, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the face value of the ticket(s) you have purchased.
8.2 In no event shall we be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, or anticipated savings, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by you in connection with the Event.
8.3 You acknowledge and agree that we do not guarantee the performance of the Event beyond our reasonable control and that you are attending the Event at your own risk.
9. Cancellation Rights
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of tickets within 14 days of placing your order. However, this right does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. As all our tickets are for events on a specified date, the right of cancellation does not apply, and all ticket sales are final. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website. Non-essential cookies (such as those for analytics or marketing) are only set after you have given us your consent via our cookie banner, as required by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). For more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
13. Contact
