- Order information (tickets, add-ons, amounts).
- Technical data such as device and browser information, collected via cookies to operate the store.
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use it
- To process your order and deliver your e-ticket.
- To contact you about your purchase, including event changes, cancellations and refunds.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud.
- With your consent, to send occasional updates about upcoming dates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing
We share only the data necessary to fulfil your order (for example, entry lists with the venue or organiser, and payment data with our payment processor). We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights

Retention
We keep order data for as long as required for legal, tax and fraud-prevention purposes, then delete or anonymise it.
